Palace Result

A dire second half display by Palace sums up the Eagles' form at present. 1-0 down at the break, Palace showed no urgency, no spark and no character in their attempts to get back in the game. It all came after a bright start, where Freedman and Morrison linked up well and created some good chances. But Plymouth's stranglehold on the game grew as the half went on and took a deserved lead five minutes before the break. But Palace's second half display was appalling and they rarely threatened. Plymouth just held firm at the back which was enough for them to clinch the points. Peter Taylor has a lot to answer for! (text nicked from Eagle Eye)
