Notorious Typos

Here are a few publishing blunders from various editions of scripture...

* Blessed are the place-makers, Matthew 5:9. (instead of "peacemakers")

* Thou shalt commit adultery, Exodus 20:14. (omitted "not")

* Know ye not that the unrighteous shall inherit the kingdom of God, 1 Corinthians 6:9. (omitted "not")

* Printers have persecuted me without a cause, Psalm 119:161. (instead of "Princes")

* Go and sin on more, John 8:11. (instead of "no")

* The fool hath said in his heart there is a God, Psalm 14:1. (instead of "no")

* Let the children first be killed, Mark 7:27. (instead of "filled")

* These are murderers, complainers, Jude 16. (instead of "murmurers")

* The murderer shall surely be put together, Numbers 25:18. (instead of "to death")

* He hath ears to ear, let him hear, Matthew 11:15. (instead of "hear")

* I will ... that women adorn themselves in modern apparel, 1 Timothy 2:9. (instead of "modest")
