Our power situation doesn't improve.
We had loadshedding until 4am this morning followed by scheduled maintenance from 6am until 4pm which stretched out 'til 5.30pm. The only bright spot in this was that our scheduled loadshedding from 6pm was skipped this evening.
So with the power having been off since 6am and certain people forgetting to charge their phones etc in anticipation of the extended outage, it was amusing to see Eli camping out in the kitchen with his phone plugged into a USB socket on the mini inverter which was running the fridge.
Poor lad, but he wasn't the only caught short, but hopefully it's a lesson learnt by the few...
