Super Sunday

The Gathering always feels like an awesome place to be on Sundays, but this morning that sense of excitement and expectation was heightened as our spiritual big sister Rose Roode came to minister to us.

It is always a joy to welcome a guest speaker but an absolute pleasure to welcome someone like Rose who is so anointed in her prophetic gift of ministering God's word to his children.

It was a powerful, powerful time of worship, prayer, testimony and Word and it was a joy to see three people we know walk in at various stages of our Gathering, including a former Homework Club member.

It was also exciting to hear one of our newer members testify how God has helped him kick his addiction to drugs with him having been clean for over two months now.

Thank you LORD!

Many of us were still buzzing from our time serving with My Father's House yesterday and it was good to be able to unload the blessings Shaddie had loaded into the back of my car into our building.

Thanks to Shaddie and My Father's House this week The Gathering will once again be blessing the Macassar Soup Kitchens we support with food for their faithful ministries.
