We have some exciting news from The Gathering.
Today we have completed an offer to purchase (OTP) this property in Firgrove.
It's a 4 bedroom house with a converted garage and a decent size garden.
The OTP will be submitted to the vendor this evening (they live overseas) and we will know more hopefully by tomorrow morning.
We need you to stand with us in prayer for this, especially as there is another offer already in. However, we have offered slightly more than the asking price, and are ready to move on it within a few hours.
What really excites us about this is that the house is in a very visible location right at the heart of the community, and we believe it could serve The Gathering very well.
We would need to re-zone the property and make some substantial changes to it, but it would serve us and the community very well.
