It's been a while since we were able to deliver any food parcels, so it was a joy to be able to package up just enough food today to be able to bless our HOPE Home Based Care ladies in Chris Nissen with a decent hamper each.

Despite the government recently easing our lockdown restrictions, life is still very tough for the poorest, so it was a privilege to be able to put a smile on the HOPE ladies faces as they received their hampers.

Sometimes it feels like we are just scratching at the surface of need in the communities we work with, but it's better than nothing and we are blessed to know that our HOPE ladies will share what they have with those they know in the community who are genuinely struggling.

Just knowing this makes giving through relationship so effective and powerful and we are truly thankful to have such dear friends on whom can rely to make sure that the needs are met as best as they can be given our limited resources.

It was also great to see that at long last Aunty Henna is having a wendy house built in her yard so that one of her grandchildren will have a home with her.

Aunty Henna captures the biblical spirit of giving so beautifully and we thank God for her!

And a big THANK YOU to those of you who made this possible.
